We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The kids loved feeding the adorable animals and exploring the beautiful gardens. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventures. We also enjoyed the delicious homemade meals, made with fresh ingredients from the farm. It was a truly unforgettable family getaway.

My children wanted more activities for kids on the farm.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms are clean and stylish, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. the spa and pool area offer a perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy a luxurious experience. Guests can also indulge in fabulous food at the on-site restaurant.

One small drawback is that the breakfast options were limited, with no hot items or eggs available. shampoo and conditioner were not provided in the rooms, and guests had to pay an extra fee for them.

Le Cappuccinelle Suites&Spa was truly amazing. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the spa offered a variety of massages and treatments, and the pool and outdoor areas were lovely. the staff, from the reception to the spa and restaurant, were all super kind and helpful, providing excellent service. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we even received VIP service from the chef. it was a perfect place to experience Italian luxury. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

I love staying here, I always come back! The staff once found my lost ring, so I won't forget them. The place suits me perfectly: free Wi-Fi, parking, AC, flat-screen TV, lift. Adults only. So many services like yoga class, bar, buffet breakfast, Turkish bath, massage, and pool!

We had an incredible stay at Le Cappuccinelle Suites&Spa. the staff were absolutely gorgeous, from the reception to the spa and restaurant, they were all super kind and helpful. They took great care of us and made us feel like VIPs. the hotel is located in an ancient historical building that has been amazingly renovated, giving us a taste of an Italian luxurious experience. Everything was new and clean, including the beautiful rooms, the spa, and the excellent restaurant. We especially loved the food and the VIP service from the chef. the lady at the front desk was very nice and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. She even moved us to a quiet room upon our request. the hotel, spa, and pool were simply beautiful, providing us with a perfect place to relax. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely stay.

the service around the pool could have been better. We noticed that old glasses and bottles were often left lying around, even from the previous day, which made the area feel untidy.
